Code Compliance

The Rancho Bernardo Code Compliance committee, which is comprised of members from the Community Council, Planning Board and various Community Club board members, works in partnership with the City of San Diego to promote and maintain a safe and desirable living and working environment; to improve the quality of Rancho Bernardo's neighborhoods through education, enforcement, and abatement; and to respond to community concerns and attain code compliance while maintaining high professional standards and continually seeking improvements and innovations.

3. The San Diego Municipal Code has an entire section addressing golf carts in Rancho Bernardo.
4. With a valid Conditional Use Permit existing garages may be converted for use as a residential care facility.
