Bernardo Center Ct Proposed Business/Residential Conversion - Community Plan Amendment Initiation - Latitude 33 and KB Homes is continuing to move forward on their proposed business to residential conversion. The proposal includes the construction of 122 new townhomes. As part of the process a Community Plan Amendment and re-zone are required.
Rancho Bernardo Industrial Pump Station Replacement. The City of San Diego Engineering & Capital Projects department will present on the proposed Industrial pump Station Replacement. Project is currently in the design phase.
